Get organizer access

Organizer sign-up is not automatic yet. The Festivio team turns on organizer access for you.

  1. Create a Festivio account from the Login page, Create account tab.
  2. Confirm your email address with the link you receive.
  3. Open For Organizers in the top menu and write to us from the Contact Us page. Use the same email as your account.
  4. The Festivio team turns your account into an organizer account and creates your organization.
  5. Sign in again.
  6. Open your account menu and choose Organizer Dashboard.

The organizer dashboard

The start page is Overview. It shows Total Events, Active Events, Total Revenue and Tickets Sold, followed by the All Events list. Until you create your first event, the list is replaced by a Create your first event button.

  • Search for an event by name, description or location.
  • Use Filter by status to show only Live, Upcoming or Ended events.
  • Each event shows whether it is Published or a Draft.
  • Manage opens the event dashboard.
  • The More actions menu contains Edit, View public and Delete.

An event with pending or completed orders cannot be deleted.

The side menu has three sections:

  • Main: Overview, Support (requests from your customers) and Settings.
  • Current Event: appears when you open an event. It contains Dashboard, Orders, Customers, Edit Event, Items, Scanners, Scanner History, Kitchen, Cashiers and Support.
  • Quick Actions: Back to Site and New Event.
