Event analytics
An event's sales, tracking links, PR lists and discount codes.
Opening the page
From the event dashboard: in the menu, under Sales, press Analytics. Owner, Manager, Finance and Viewer can see it.
At the top you pick the period: Since sales opened, Last 7 days, Today (the day in the event's time zone) or Custom range. Next to it is the time of the last update: Updated 2 min ago on a computer, just 2 min ago on a phone. Press it to refresh the figures. Export downloads the tables of the open view as CSV.
The page has four views: Overview, Marketing, Tonight and Details. During the event, from two hours before the start, it opens on Tonight.
How the figures are counted
Orders, sales, tickets and check-ins come from completed orders, without test orders. Net sales is what was paid less fees and refunds. Visitors, visits and views are estimates: some browsers and ad blockers do not count them.
- Visitors: who opened the event page in this period, counted once even if they come back.
- Visits: how many times someone came to the page; coming back later counts again.
- Views: how many times the event page was opened, repeats included.
Overview

- Comparison: the line above the figures says what they are compared with, for example Compared with Halloween 5 days before the event: the other event at the same number of days before its start, or the previous period of the same length. Owner and Manager tap it to pick another event or Don't compare; the list shows events of the same format first (similar doors time and length), and marks the others as a different format. When the comparison event has a different format, a line under it says so and, when there is a closer match, offers Compare with that one.
- Net sales, Tickets sold, Visitors (with visits and views under it) and Conversion (online orders per visitor), with the change against the comparison. With Since sales opened, the tickets show a capacity bar: the event's capacity, or else the tickets' stock. Tap a figure to see it in the chart; from the tickets chart you can switch to Check-ins.
- The chart shows the period up to now, with the comparison event dashed: hour by hour for Today or a period shorter than a week, day by day up to three months, week by week beyond. The last hour, day or week, still in progress, is dashed. When the chart goes hour by hour, Conversion shows each hour's visitors: a single hour has too few visits for a rate. Tap Visitors for the curve of visitors, visits and views together; tap a name in the legend to hide or show it. The numbers on it mark the first sale, links created, tickets sold out or put on sale, and sales closing (Sales closed); the list under it names them.
- From visit to order shows event page visitors, checkouts opened, payments started and paid: each bar counts who got that far. Below the line, every completed online order and the payments not completed.
- Tickets and products: sold, left and net sales for each ticket, tables included, then drinks and extras with drinks-only packs.
- Online and at the event: sales by payment method, Tap to Pay included.
- After the event, How it went at the top sums up sell-through, check-ins and the best channel, with a link to the report.
When visit statistics do not answer, visitors and conversion show Not available now; sales and orders stay up to date.
Tonight
From the event day, two hours before doors open: check-ins against tickets sold, arrivals every 15 minutes with the comparison event laid over them, lined up From doors, at the Same time or on the Main wave (after the night, when both events have enough check-ins), cash desk and door per station, drinks and extras redeemed at the bar, tables, and online orders in the last hour. During the night it refreshes on its own every 30 seconds while the page is open.
Marketing
- Tracking links: one link for each place you share the event. Pick Instagram bio, Instagram story, Instagram ad, WhatsApp, TikTok, Poster with QR or Email and the link is ready, with its UTM values filled in. A second link of the same kind becomes, for example, Instagram story 2, with its own visits and orders. Other opens the form for other places. For each link you copy the address, download its QR as a PNG and see visits and orders. Creating and seeing them is for the Owner and Manager roles.
- Channels: where buyers come from (links, PR lists, sites, search, direct, at the event) with visitors, orders, net sales and conversion. Instagram is one row, whether visitors come from the bio, a story or a paid post; when they come from more than one, Show breakdown under the name splits it into Bio, Stories, Paid and Other. A paid Instagram ad falls in the Instagram row, under Paid when its address carries
utm_medium=paid. A tracking link made here, Instagram ad included, has a row of its own. Tap a channel to see the Overview for it alone, the visits chart and the funnel included; remove the filter from the chip at the top. - PR lists: orders, net sales and tickets for each PR list, the part of net sales that came through the lists and the list with the highest average order.
- Discount codes: for each code used on this event, its uses, the discount and the net sales of its orders. Only this event's orders count.
- Audience: device, country and browser of whoever opened the event page.
Details
Sales breaks what buyers paid into fees, refunds and net sales, with the average order, Discounts (split into online, at the desk and comps) and Table credit (the deposit paid for a table, which is not a discount). Then come sales by hour of day in the event's time zone, sales over time, order amounts, top customers, refunds and cancellations, and scanner sessions. Top customers are visible to roles with access to orders.
